"Of all the stories in the world, we're glad ours is this one."
After years of small ordinary days that somehow added up to this one, Randy and Laurice will be married in front of everyone they love — followed by dinner, dancing, and far too many photographs. All who love them are asked to come.
It started the way the best things usually do — quietly, and without either of them realising what was beginning. A conversation that ran longer than it should have. A walk home that took the long way round.
They had been near each other for years without knowing it: the same streets, the same small town, the same handful of mutual friends. Life simply waited until they were both ready to notice.
What followed was not one grand gesture but a thousand ordinary ones — the meals cooked, the bad days sat through, the small kindnesses nobody else ever saw.
Because sometimes love doesn't need a dramatic beginning. Sometimes a simple hello, given at the right moment, quietly turns into a lifetime.

This day would not be complete without you. Thank you for travelling — whether from across town or across the country — to share in our joy.
The "yes" came a while ago. But on this day, in front of God and in front of you, we get to say "I do".
After the ceremony, please join us for an evening of celebration at the reception. Come hungry, leave happy, and be ready to dance.
Thank you.
